About the Role
The firm is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join the APAC team as a strategic operations specialist. This position is responsible for enhancing operational efficiency and profitability for APAC clients by implementing and refining processes across teams. The ideal candidate will have a track record of optimizing operations within marketing teams and will oversee project organization, task coordination, and deadlines. Additionally, they will manage team capacity and collaborate with strategic leads to ensure the successful execution of deliverables. Based in Singapore, this individual will report directly to the APAC Marketing Director and maintain active engagement in the local web3 community.
The role requires a deep understanding of the regional web3 landscape, leveraging industry networks and strategic insights to tailor services to market needs. Beyond operational management, the candidate will play a key role in expanding the firm’s client base and driving scalable global growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee client projects to ensure timely delivery, managing all aspects of strategic accounts, including project documentation, timelines, resource allocation, and profitability.
- Utilize expertise in PR and web3 media to craft compelling narratives, increase brand visibility, and establish strong connections within Singapore’s web3 community.
- Build and maintain relationships with local media, industry leaders, and influencers to expand reach and visibility.
- Develop and refine client operations processes from project initiation to completion, working closely with the APAC Marketing Director on execution.
- Set deadlines, update project management tools, and ensure smooth collaboration between internal and external teams.
- Ensure adherence to established processes and serve as the primary contact for client communications and issue resolution.
- Manage meeting logistics, including agenda preparation, note-taking, follow-ups, and updates on key performance metrics.
- Distribute critical strategic documents and escalate delivery issues to leadership when necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client services operations within a marketing environment.
- Background in agency work, preferably within PR or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in the local language and strong fluency in English, essential for accurate communication and translation.
- Active participation in the local web3 community with demonstrable involvement.
- Proven ability to develop and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, paid media, and conversion optimization.
- Experience supporting high-performing teams effectively.
- Strong communication skills.
