The Solution Architect will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s architecture capabilities by developing pragmatic, value-driven solutions to complex business challenges. This position involves influencing the technical direction of various platforms and working at the intersection of business and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver solutions that align with business strategy and architectural standards.
- Lead architecture discovery sessions and conduct impact assessments for new initiatives.
- Drive architecture decisions at both the solution and enterprise levels.
- Develop and maintain architecture principles, patterns, and guidelines.
- Contribute to the development of current and target state architectures and roadmap planning.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support implementation and delivery.
- Work closely with Product Managers and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and requirements.
- Partner with other architects to ensure consistency and alignment across various domains.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 5 years in architecture, preferably within the banking or fintech sectors. Experience in CFD and/or cryptocurrency is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of designing impactful solutions in fast-paced environments, with a strong ability to drive complex architecture decisions to alignment.
Technical Expertise
- Cloud-native application and infrastructure design.
- Architecture modeling and capability mapping (including C4).
- Domain-Driven Design and UML (sequence and class diagrams).
- Integration architecture, including event-driven and API-based systems.
- Security and compliance by design.
- Exposure to Generative AI.
