Position Purpose
The Head of Growth will define and implement the growth strategy, focusing on increasing adoption, transaction volume, and revenue across various sectors, including payments, fintech, and financial institutions. This role combines hands-on commercial execution with leadership of the growth function to achieve measurable ecosystem growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy & Revenue Ownership

    • Develop and execute the growth strategy, ensuring accountability for adoption, transaction volume, and revenue.
    • Identify target markets and use cases for scaling payment infrastructure.
  • Business Development

    • Lead strategic business development efforts to secure high-value partnerships.
    • Maintain a pipeline of priority partners, including fintechs and institutional players.
  • Partnerships & Account Growth

    • Manage key strategic partner relationships, enhancing onboarding and ongoing growth.
    • Collaborate with Client Operations to ensure effective partner experiences.
  • Marketing & Demand Generation

    • Oversee marketing strategies to align with commercial goals and growth objectives.
    • Drive initiatives to boost market awareness and demand.
  • Commercial Structuring & Product Alignment

    • Define value propositions and negotiate commercial agreements.
    • Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to meet market needs.
  • Performance & Market Intelligence

    • Track growth metrics and provide insights on competitors and market trends.
    • Represent the organization in industry and regulatory engagements.

Qualifications

  • Over 10 years of experience in payments, fintech, or financial services, with a focus on commercial leadership.
  • Proven track record in executing strategies that enhance market adoption and revenue.
  • Strong knowledge of payments infrastructure and digital asset ecosystems.
  • Experience in structuring partnerships and managing commercial agreements.
  • Ability to lead high-performing teams and translate technical capabilities into market offerings.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Adaptable and entrepreneurial, thriving in a dynamic fintech environment.
