The Role

As the Assistant to the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), you will play a crucial role in supporting compliance operations across a diverse and innovative group. This is an ideal position for someone passionate about regulatory frameworks, digital assets, and making a meaningful impact on the future of finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customer onboarding and conduct KYC/ECDD reviews for various client profiles
  • Assist with transaction and wallet screening using industry-leading tools and internal systems
  • Contribute to risk analysis, compliance reporting, and internal reviews
  • Aid in preparing and maintaining mandatory regulatory submissions
  • Help update and manage compliance documentation, registers, and workflows
  • Monitor regulatory changes and support their implementation across the group
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping using platforms such as HubSpot, GreenID, and internal dashboards

What We’re Looking For

  • Genuine interest in AML/CTF, regulatory compliance, and the crypto sector
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with a high degree of integrity and discretion
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with GreenID, Elliptic, or HubSpot is advantageous
  • Background in legal, financial services, or compliance is preferred, but not required
