The Role
Our client is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to craft high-conversion mobile experiences that will set new standards in the industry. You will play a pivotal role in shaping user journeys across onboarding, cards, payments, savings, and referrals. Working closely with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams, you will design experiences that are not only simple, fast, and compliant but also push the boundaries of innovation.
Your mission is to create an experience that matches the speed and ambition of the user base, positioning our client as the category leader. You will bring forward groundbreaking UI and UX ideas that have never been seen before, making their platform the most intuitive, premium, and addictive stablecoin banking app on the market.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own End-to-End Design: Lead the design process for core user journeys, from KYC to card activation and first spend.
- Simplify Complexity: Transform intricate processes (on-chain actions, compliance steps, FX, fees) into seamless, user-friendly experiences.
- Build Design Systems: Create and maintain clean, extensible design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Rapid Prototyping: Use tools like Figma or other prototyping platforms to build and validate designs with users, iterating based on analytics and feedback.
- Collaborate for Impact: Partner with Product and Engineering teams to scope MVPs, define acceptance criteria, and ensure design quality during implementation.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 6-10 years of experience designing consumer mobile apps, ideally in fintech, payments, challenger banks, or for major tech leaders such as Google, Apple, Facebook, Amazon, or Microsoft.
- Innovative Thinking: A mindset that challenges norms and reimagines what’s possible in user experience design.
- Systems Thinking: Expertise in building component libraries, design tokens, motion, and responsive design rules.
- Technical Proficiency: Fluency in Figma (auto-layout, variants), prototyping, and creating developer-ready specifications.
- Data-Driven Approach: Comfort with funnels, A/B testing, and iteration loops to refine and optimize designs.
- Web3/Crypto Curiosity: Interest or experience in Web3/crypto, with a talent for simplifying complex concepts for users.
